Shipping Policy

Orders ship from China with export carton support. Shipping timing and route depend on product availability, order quantity, destination, packaging method, and whether custom processing is required.

Ready stock route

Ready stock items are intended for samples, trial orders, and faster replenishment. The product page shows the current MOQ and stock route for each SKU family.

Custom process route

Frosting, spray coating, electroplating, silk screen printing, custom labels, color boxes, and insert trays require confirmation before production. Lead time is confirmed after sample approval and order details are fixed.

Transport loss allowance

An additional 2% product quantity is included for free when applicable to help cover normal transport loss during international shipment.
